Interventional Pain Management

Interventional pain management is used when chronic or acute pain hinders the patient's day-to-day activities. IPM utilizes various techniques to restore quality of life and make daily activities less difficult for our patients. These techniques can include surgery, electrostimulation, nerve blocks, and implantable drug delivery systems.

Chronic Pain Management Control

Management Control

Patients with chronic pain can enjoy a better quality of life with our chronic pain management control program. Our specialists are here to help patients deal with chronic pain through a combination of medications, procedures, exercises, and therapy. Although total relief from chronic pain is not always achievable, pain can be reduced, and patients can be taught to respond to it in a different way.

Chiropractic
Chiropractic

Chiropractic treatments are an alternative pain relief treatment for muscles, joints, bones, and connective tissue, such as cartilage, ligaments, and tendons sometimes used in conjunction with conventional medical treatment. Chiropractors use hands-on spinal manipulation to achieve proper alignment of the body's musculoskeletal structure. Such manipulation is used to restore mobility to joints damaged by injuries or underlying medical conditions.

Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation

Our physical therapists are experts in treating pain by finding its source. Areas of weakness or stiffness that may be adding stress to the areas of the body experiencing pain are identified. Treatment is administered via specific exercises that ease pain and help patients improve their mobility. Physical therapy and rehabilitation can be composed of a mixture of low-impact aerobic training, strengthening exercises, pain relief exercises, and light stretching.

Orthopedics
Orthopedics

Orthopedics focuses on injuries and diseases of the body's musculoskeletal system, which includes bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles, and nerves. Our specialists attack pain along multiple pathways to keep patients comfortable after orthopedic procedures. Patient comfort is optimized through a combination of different types of pain medications and pain management therapies such as cryotherapy.

Lab Tests

Our doctors and specialists employ a series of lab tests to determine what is causing our patients pain. This can include blood tests and other diagnostic procedures, such as a nerve block to pinpoint the source of a patient's pain, or an electromyogram or EMG to test muscle activity in the affected area.

Primary Care Coordination
Primary Care Coordination

All our patients will have a healthcare concierge whose sole task is to coordinate any and all of their healthcare needs. This includes scheduling visits with our network of doctors and specialists, as well as any procedures and treatments that they need to speed up their recovery and manage their pain.

Trigger Point Injections
Trigger Point Injections

Trigger point injections, or TPI, is a procedure used to treat painful areas of muscle that contain 'trigger points', or knots of muscle, caused by muscles that do not relax. Trigger points may irritate the nerves in the surrounding area and cause referred pain, or pain that is felt in another part of the body. TPIs usually contain a local anesthetic or saline solution and may include a corticosteroid.

Laser Therapy

Sports Medicine

Sports medicine addresses injuries commonly caused by overuse, direct impact, or the application of force that is greater than a body part can structurally withstand.
